They may look complicated. Believe me though, they are the easiest things to make! You can make them special with the addition of any flavourings you prefer and rolling them as neatly or as scruffy as you like. Mine fall into the latter category!

400g good quality dark chocolate,chopped
180ml cream
Flavouring, I used fresh mint, a handful
1 tbsp honey
knob of butter

In a saucepan add the cream, mint and honey over low heat. Add the chocolate and butter, stir until all the chocolate has melted and you get a nice thick mixture. Pour into a glass bowl and pop into the fridge. After a few hours roll out into balls and dust in whatever you prefer. I used cocoa, crushed almonds and icing sugar.
