I guess this is a little like a tourtiere but I have changed it a little so maybe a meat pie is appropriate. Anyway whatever the name it is delicious and warming on a cold winters day.

Combination of pork and beef mince
chopped leeks, 2 or 3
purple cabbage, sliced
crushed garlic
cubed potato, 2 small
Worcestershire sauce, 2-3 drops.

Pastry
2 1/2 cups of flour
3 1/2 oz butter, cold and cubed
1 large egg,
pinch sea salt
1/2 cup cold water

In a large pan saute the mince until browned, remove from pan and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until soften and add the mince back into pan. Season well with salt and pepper and allow to simmer to combine all the flavours. Transfer into a baking dish and cover with the rolled out pastry dough. Eggwash the top and put int a 350F oven for about 1 hour.
