Chocolate Pavlova

This ‘cake’ is not really a cake but I call it a cake because my daughter wanted this as her birthday cake. A pavlova is easy to make and here It is topped with cream, berries and toasted hazelnuts. Finished off with drizzled chocolate.

4 egg whites whipped with 1 1/2 cups of sugar until thick and glossy. Add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder and fold through. Turn onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a 250 F oven for an hour and a half.
Top with the cream and berry nut mixture, drizzle with chocolate. Mmmm.
